The ninth “Festival of Children’s Art” (FEDU), one of the largest of its kind in the region, was held in Sarajevo from May 3 to 7, 2023. The rich and varied program was attended by children, artists, actors, writers, educators, librarians and others who participate in any way in the education and training of young people.
In the competitive part of the program there were ten theaters for children from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Croatia. Literary exhibitions, art workshops, classical music concerts, premieres of children’s feature films, vocal-instrumental performances, as well as meetings with writers in primary schools in Goražde, Breza, Tešnje and Kakanj were also organized.
